The Child of Leaves 

Hanna Olivegren is a singer, composer and producer, born in Stockholm, Sweden. At the age of 9 she started in a choir school then at 15 she went on studying more individually within jazz, soul and improvisation. This is when she found her big love for improvised music and also started writing her own songs. She continued to a music boarding school for 2 years and went even more into improvisation. She then studied for three years at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm.

Hanna has a lot of different genres on her repertoire such as jazz, improvised music, soul, pop, swedish folk music, and west african music. Within the improvised genre she loves making various sounds with her voice. Exploring how the voice can sound in so many different ways has always been very exiting for her. 

Hanna is now freelancing and working permanently with three different groups; Silence Blossoms, Zomes and HOW. 
She has always been a curious entrepreneur who loves to find her own way and meet new people.
